Booking Information

Thank you for choosing SMMorbidCreations for you next tattoo experience. Please read the following booking policy carefully. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms below.

Deposits

All appointments require a $100 deposit, non-refundable, for Large and medium pieces.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment time and cover drawing/preparation time.
The deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute rescheduling.

Rates

The current tattoo rate is based on design sizing and placement.
Minimum charge/ shop minimum for any tattoo is $100.
Large or multi-session pieces will be based on the overall project or full-day sessions.
Designs and Custom Work
All customs designs are drawn specifically for each client.
Design previews will be sent during the drawing process and for the final result. These designs will remain property of SMMorbidCreations until tattooed.
Minor changes can be made on the spot day of appointment.
Excessive changes or complete redesigns may require a new deposit and rescheduling of the appointment.

Client Responsibility

Clients Must be 18 or older and must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment,
Please arrive on time, well-rested, hydrated, and have eaten beforehand. You are welcome to bring snacks and/or favorite drinks.
Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours prior to you appointment.
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me in advance to reschedule.

Studio Etiquette

One additional guest per client please. Children and/or pets are not recommended. Tattoos take time and little ones can disrupt or delay the process.
Respect the studio space, the artist time, and other clients.
Disruptive behavior or disrespect will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Touch-Ups

All complimentary touch-ups will be completed while you are in the studio for another new tattoo only.
